How well do you know your true SELF? How connected is your body to your mind and senses? Set a heart goal this week to get to know WHO YOU ARE better. Place your hand on your heart, close your eyes and ask your mind for awareness as to what YOU (your inner self) and YOUR SELF (outer self and body) are attracted to, craving and why. Tell yourself you will tune in to your 5 senses as well as your mind and spirit.
Listen closely for your answers. Your body will show you clues as to what brings you joy, what weighs you down emotionally and physically, what foods, substances or relationships cause lethargy, or negative emotions etc. Have courage to face your truths and aspire to bring them balance for your greatest good. Adopt the pace of nature to slowly listen to what your body is telling you about WHO YOU ARE.
